In the 80s and 90s, there were analog cameras to capture multiple images in a single flash, they were then printed as lenticular images. In the modern era, images are still captured using analog and digital methods to create animated gif images known as “wigglegrams”.

The final build in a 3D printed enclosure designed as small as the layer of cameras and the internal raspberry pi SBC would allow, and adequate width to space out the cameras.

I built a camera using a Raspberry pi 4, USB cameras and designed an enclosure to fit in buttons, LEDs and a power bank. The software runs on Raspberry pi OS, with scripts written in python, enabling Bluetooth and a web server interface to extract images without the need to connect to it physically.
